Order & Refund Policy

 

At Artisary Patisserie, we take pride in delivering the highest quality baked goods. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please review our policies carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Payment Policy

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payments through [insert payment methods: PayPal, credit card, etc.].

• Failure to complete payment within 24 hours of ordering will result in cancellation of the order.

2. No Refunds, Replacement Only

Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, we offer replacements at no additional cost, provided that the issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order and there is clear evidence of the problem (e.g., incorrect item or damage during transport).

3. Order Pickup

• All orders must be picked up at the designated time agreed upon during the order process.

• We reserve the right to dispose of any order not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, without refund or replacement.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Any changes to your order (including design, flavor, or pickup time) must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes may be subject to additional charges.

• Cancellations must be requested 5 days prior to the pickup date for a credit towards future orders. Cancellations after this period will result in forfeiture of the payment.

5. Allergy Disclaimer

We offer a variety of products that may contain common allergens (such as dairy, nuts, gluten, etc.). While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible. Please notify us of any allergies when placing an order, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

6. Custom Orders

All custom cake designs and special requests are subject to consultation. Once a design is approved, no further changes will be made unless mutually agreed upon, and extra charges may apply.

7. Photography Rights

Artisary Patisserie reserves the right to take photographs of your custom cakes or products for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and promotional materials.
